The property was lovely and clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our few days away.

Beautiful property and a great location Very clean and comfortable And being on the Parkdean resort meant extra facilities for our young daughter

Comfortable, beautifully decorated, and well equipped. Very close to the lake and attractions.

Kitchen equipment is good, cleanliness is fine

Heater was malfunction, despite contacting the host several times, but nobody came to help.

Lodge was gorgeous and cozy with everything we needed

The main bedrooms mattress very very soft. Own preference I guess but everything was so nice felt like this just let it down slightly.

We had very mixed feelings about the place. This is a very nice lodge. Unfortunately, lacking a management We found it quite difficult to get any help with small issues that we faced. Owner responses were either delayed or actioned by a third party. We had a problem with the boiler that was very poorly managed. WiFi in the lodge didn't work. This was not resolved during our stay. The owner blaimed park management despite having his own WiFi router in the lodge. There is no frying pan in the kitchen Cleaness also leaves a lot to be desired - we found thick black hair in the shower. Private lodge inside holiday park didn't work for us. It was very frustrating.
