Thirlmere 4 Luxury Lodge at White Cross Bay Windermere

WiFi was not working properly.

Lovely lodge, great location, good parking

Mattress was uncomfortable, could feel every spring

Good location. Beautiful surroundings. Cottage was superbly planned.

Spring bed Mattress could have been little firm .. it was too soft and made lot of noise in twist and turns. The external deck needs clean up as there were lot of webs in most of corners

Place is good and worth spending money but the lady for checkout was racist. If you are not white do not come here.

Checkout lady was unreasonable, rasict, using foul languages even though we were being polite. Worst experience so far. Do not book. I repeat do not book if you don't wanna go though racist comments like "you people come to our country and blah blah blah". Even if you are resident, if you are not white, do not book. It takes your mental peace when you are on holiday.
