ESEl hotel se encuentra en medio de Myeongdong pero en una calle tranquila. Está muy cerca de dos linias de metro que te permiten desplazarte fácilmente por toda la ciudad. Las camas y almohadas eran cómodas. La habitación, aunque un poco pequeña, tenía espacio suficiente para dejar todo el equipaje. Aunque una de las camas era difícil de acceder. Hay una cocina compartida con fideos instanáneos y microondas.
En el baño había moho y toda la habitación olía a humedad. Es un problema que deberían arreglar. Si necesitas ayuda, la mayoría de veces no encontramos a nadie en la recepción. Cuando hicimos el chech-in, nos vió el personal de limpieza y fue quién avisó a recepción, ya que tampoco encontramos ningún timbre para pedir que vinieran. Por la noche, solo se puede contactar con recepción para emergencias.

IEThe bed was comfortable enough for a short stay, and the location in Myeongdong is convenient. I also appreciated the small touches like free ramen, coffee, tea, and water.
Unfortunately, the overall experience was unacceptable. At around 11pm, I was locked out of the entire floor where my room was located. Another guest was able to lock the door leading to the entire floor. There is no staff available after 9pm, and none of the provided contact methods (phone, kiosk help, Booking.com support) worked. This left me with no way to access my room and no way to get assistance. There was a QR code for help—but it was placed inside the locked area, making it completely useless in this situation. Other guests kindly tried to help, but no one could resolve the issue. A staff member only appeared later due to a noise complaint, not because anyone responded to the lockout. Additionally, my laundry was stuck in the machine during this time, and I was asked to pay again because I didn’t remove it on time—even though I physically couldn’t access the floor due to the lockout. This raises serious concerns about guest safety, access, and the complete lack of after-hours support. Basic issues like this should never happen, and the way it was handled made it worse.

Eigenlijk niets, de kamers zijn niet super groot dus net veel grote koffers misschien lastiger.

FRUn peu difficile à trouver et les chambres sont un peu petite. En revanche hyper bien situé en plein cœur de Myeongdong. Le personnel et très sympathique , les espaces partagés sont très propre , bien équipé, petit plus pour les ramyeon en libre service / the /café et me petites rooftop avec un vue sur la tour Namsan
