AUFriendly helpful staff, excellent location, free bag storage, close to all the shops, subway, kitchenette with free noodles, laundry. The staff take your bags up the stairs as there’s no lift.
Noisy patrons past my door - however there were signs and notices at check in to tell others to be quiet after a set period… people are just inconsiderate. This isn’t the hotels fault - ask for a room away from the hall entry if you are an early-to-bed type of person. Also, note there is no lift, so lots of stairs.
