It was close to everywhere. Everything was few minutes walk. The flat nice a warm inside. Washing machine nice touch with soap.

The water from shower was coming out small. The kitchen tap was more powerful than the shower. Shower could do with a thorough clean. Very dirty in corners and and bottom of shower door. Spider web on the windows. There was no welcome pack like milk and biscuits. No shower gel in bathroom. TV can do with an upgrade to a bigger TV.

apartment was dirty , couch, chairs and rugs were all badly stained. shower leaked into the hall.needs a really good clean and painted. we had to dust the tv and unit as it was thick with dust.

Shared hall could do with some better upkeep.

Great location near railway Station/ ferry terminal and great view of the sunset

self catering. great location. got help when I had a problem. everything there that I needed for a short stay.

The location is fantastic, the flat and the management are abysmal.

Aside from the fantastic location, these were absolutely miserable accommodations. No working WiFi, no washing machine (despite listing at time of booking claiming in-flat washing machine). When I called management to ask about inaccuracies in listing I was met with outright hostility by a miserable man who was absolutely livid that I dared to note the inaccuracies in the listing and the poor condition of the flat. Unsafe stairs not disclosed in listing — would be totally inaccessible for anyone with mobility problems, anyone elderly, etc. Unclean flat with crumbs and dirt everywhere, stained mattress and bedding, no basics in flat (soap, etc.). No working WiFi in flat, which the management failed to address whatsoever. Good central location (although, of course, Oban is small enough that virtually anything in Oban proper is 'central'), and Oban is beautiful, but the flat and the man who manages it are absolutely miserable and not worth the time, hassle, cost, and abuse. Even after having 2 nights refunded, the place was not worth what we paid, largely because we had to deal with such an unpleasant managing agent. Stay elsewhere (every other place I’ve stayed in Oban has been lovely)!

Location

So bad we could not stay and had to book alternative accommodation. There was no heating (storage heaters switched off at mains so would not work until charged up), it was so cold in the building that we could see our own breath. Different apartment from the one illustrated in the photos when booking, looked more like a halfway house than a holiday let, with smelly bedroom, dirty kitchen and bathroom and brown handprints/smearing on doors. The hosts (Little Bay Stays according to the email confirmation) were impossible to contact, they sent regular automated messages but did not respond to any of our enquiries. Booking.com took up our complaint but they refused to acknowledge it. Avoid this scam company!

The location in the town was excellent 👍

Inadequate heating for January storage heaters in sitting room and hallway need updating bed room had modern heater which was excellent shower pretty poor pressure.
