INNew property, very clean and maintained well. Located in the centre of the city and easily accessible.
Staff are not trained properly. Only 2 lifts for 14 floors - waiting times are long during busy hours.

SGGreat staff, new facilities, excellent bed, proximity to railway station, compact room - they all made our overnight stay for us exceptional. We had a special request to make and the staff obliged us very kindly. Would also like to give a shout out to Nirmal and Niva for their pleasant service.

Early morning from 5.45 am till 7 am i try to contact house keeping, front office, restaurant for water. No one replied, call back received at 7.25 am. Similar experience have later the day also.

immediate surroundings are not exciting there is no pedestrian walkway to the hotel one cannot walk on mavoor road as there isn’t a pavement ( ofcourse not the hotel’s fault )
