Absolutely stunning little find with the bus stop outside to get to our concert at Lincoln Castle. Definitely be back and fully recommend. 😄

Greeted by host and everything explained Great village / pubs/ cafes/ bus stop to Lincoln Property was immaculate with generous hamper of breakfast goodies, biscuits, tea coffee etc Top of the range beds and linen

Perfect for a short stay. Lovely village location with easy access for convenience store, two local hostelries and public transport if so required. Beautifully clean and stocked.

We were greeted by the host, who was very warm and friendly. Gave us a quick tour of the downstairs. The house was very comfortable, high end furnishings with a well equipped kitchen. Beds were very comfy and my son especially liked that the bed position could be changed. The extra touches in the kitchen were a very nice surprise. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

The curtains in the front bedroom don't quite fit and let a lot of light in so woke early.

The interior design and the finish were superb. Very tasteful and great quality furnishing.

An explanation of where the car parking space is, ahead of arrival, would have saved me parking in the wrong place. I felt a little uncomfortable with the host. I feel guests should be offered the option of whether or not they are met by the host. This would have saved me feeling uncomfortable with her. The parking space is quite fussy to get to; to get in and out. I parked on the street instead.

"Homely comfortable. One of the best rental properties I have stayed in."

Cereal,crumpets,butter,marmalade,milk juice tea and coffee all provided together with lots of little extras. A very well appointed small house with character, together with modern fixtures and fittings. The location is great, with lots of amenities close by. The property is in the hub of a Village Community, with easy access to Lincoln City and surrounding countryside.

Perhaps the only little criticism might be with two local pubs directly opposite. On warm evenings it can be a little noisy.
