Very neat and comfortable room, nice local style and decorations all over. Specially like part of the floors are wooden, looks great and helps when it's cold, like during our visit in winter. The hotel was very quiet.

It would be great if they heated the breakfast dishes a bit. They served our hot meals in very cold dishes. Clean dishes cannot help being very cold as the building is cold. In restaurants they always serve hot food in hot or warm dishes.

Santa Josefita was a great place! Close to the Zocolo, close to everything. Only a 20 minute ride from the airport. Clean, safe, and comfortable. They have a 24/hr person at the front desk that monitors the property and also will open the front door in case you arrive after hours. We will always go back to Santa Josefita.

The decor, the extra blanket, the heater. The hot shower. All of it :-)

Add a comfy or a chair outside or maybe a table on the top level Terraza - it’s nice to be in the sun up there
