Some rooms wifi is a bit weak

Great spot, great breakfast with eggs to order and fruit and everything you could want. None of this just fruit and coffee business like I’ve found in other much more expensive bookings.

I was bummed because I asked them if they could do a small load of laundry for a fee, and it was only about four shirts, two skirts, and some underwear. And i guess it’s my fault- I should have asked how much it would cost or gone to a lavanderia in town, but since it was a budget kind of place for travelers, I thought it would be affordable. But it was 530$ which turned out to be thirty American dollars, which seems too high for the small amount and the fact that there wasn’t a rush as I dropped the clothing off at one pm and didn’t need it until the next day. But maybe there’s something I don’t know. So I felt a bit taken advantage of and I will be sure to not do that again. I wouldn’t stay there again because of it.

Santa Josefita is a cozy place in the heart of Cholula. Perfect location, very friendly staff where the guest is *not* just another tourist. I was here the second time and it was again a great choice.

Santa Josefita is a comfortable, friendly, clean oasis tucked into a neighborhood street. the building and decorations are unique and local, the inner courtyards are cool and peaceful. the bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean (the ceiling was a bit short for my 6'2" partner :) ). breakfast was simple but good scrambled eggs, toast, yogurt/cereal. staff was friendly and helpful, 24hrs, which was great for arriving at odd hours. walking distance to downtown shops and local sites. would definitely stay again.

not the hotel's fault, but we were there during a holiday weekend, so the neighborhood celebrations went on well into the night. the walls are thick but during the summer need to keep the windows open for airflow, so could be noisy at night. again, not the hotel's fault, the whole town was celebrating:)

The whole building was cute and quirky, we had a lovely room which was nice and cool. The staff were absolutely lovely and spoke perfect English. Perfect location.
