Great location, 10 min away from main tourist attractions Comfy beds, overall good cleaned apartment. Fresh smell every time you access in to the apartment. Big fridge, nixe coffee machine, goid toast maker Clean and fresh towels. Nice and helpful cleaning staff ( if you met them by chance)

The air conditioner setup was tricky, neither intuitive nor self explained A simple indication of how to set it up might be helpful . Few kitchen utensils, e.g. missing a classic pot for cooking pasta, only one glass for water drinking, but many cups and glasses of wine. Few mold spots in the bathroom.

Downstairs very spacious

Upstairs ceiling dangerously low. Downstairs Living room sofa sagging and very uncomfortable.

The flat it's very well connected: 2 minutes from La Latina metro station and 10 minutes walking from Plaza Mayor. Near you have supermarkets (Dia and Carrefour). The flat (104) was very nice. Nice decoration. View to a inside patio. Very good air conditioning. Very clean. Nice beds. Very good shower pressure.

A little bit noisy at night inside the condo. Doesn't have a lot of household, but was enough for us. At check in there are some broken stuff, but we call the maintenance that give us a hand.

Outdoor space was pretty grim. Very small and unsuitable for sitting out due to upstairs residents flicking cigarette butts down on area. Inside wasn’t much better. The bedroom window looked out onto an internal thoroughfare so for privacy the shutters had to be kept down all the time adding to dark and dull feel of the flat. I checked through the promo images on both booking.com and Limehouse sites and the images for a 1 bedroom flat at our location would lead you to believe you will be staying in a light -filled bright, traditional style flat. It was an internal flat with pretty much no natural light. Very disappointing. The day after we arrived, my husband was sitting in the flat when a new resident let herself into our flat. She had mistaken our flat for hers but had accessed with the same keypad code that we had been given. Very concerning with regard to security. All communication with Limehouse was online or by phone/text. I called their enquiry number to seek further information on a planned power outage during our stay. Security was being put on the main entry door but my query related to our flat door entry. As it was electronic i wanted an assurance we could get in/out when power was down. I spoke to someone in Germany who said she would speak to her Spanish colleagues on the specifics of this and call me back. I’m still waiting. We wont use Limehouse again.

Great location, walking distance from Placa Mayor, two metro stops, and lots of cool vintage shops and great restaurants, apartment was very clean and ready for a family set up when we arrived,

Dryer in the washer/dryer combo didn't work; the elevator wasn't working one morning, but we told the management about it and it was fixed by the time we got back in the afternoon.

Good location, nice rooms, clean and lots of space.

The check in system was absolutely horrible for larger groups, we needed to collect everyone's ID and use a mediocre website to enter a lot of information on each person.

Lovely apartment in a very nice neighbourhood. Beds were very comfortable.

Some things, like cabinets and the shower hanging system where in need of some maintenance. It didn't bother us a lot though, it was still a lovely place
