"It was good. It was comfortable. But I miss a proper window onto a street so I wouldn’t book again - but that’s just me"

Was in a central location. Priced fairly inexpensive. Modern , very clean , spacious nice decor Fantastic cool aircon in the public areas which was very welcome !!

It was just a bit soulless tbh. I think it’s the windows. There’s no view - no window looks onto the street - feels like it’s been built inside the courtyard of another building so no view. And the wooden stairs in communal areas are noisy if coming in late at night they echo

"Great location, facilities were good but pull out bed needs replacing."

Pull out bed very noisy as it creaked with every movement very loud and it was uncomfortable. Main bedroom bed was fine. The bathroom needed a more thorough clean as there were a few hairs dotted about. Also luggage storage is at another location half an hour away from the room and costs between €20-35 euros to use.

Very easy check-in process and you get the door code prior to your arrival. It is located in a quiet street and neighborhood.

The bathroom door is broken and couldn't be closed properly. The sofa bed isn't very comfy - it makes squeaky noise.

Excellent location. Nice and clean apartment.

Very small wardrobe, enough only for one person. Sofa is very uncomfortable. One of reason why I choose this app, is early check in, but we couldn't check in before 15h. Everything else is great.

Location was great to get to Plaza Mayor, Plaza Sol, Museo del Prado, Parque el Retiro, Cathedral and Palacio Real, among other key locations (markets, Atocha, etc).

Bathroom was small, shower is very small and we could hear loud concert music on weekend nights.
