Limehome Madrid Calle de Santa Ana - estancia temporal

The location is great, within 3' walking distance from two Metro stations (Chueca, and Tribunal). We also recommend using the luggage storage facilities at a reduced price (1' from Chueca Metro station, very conveniently on the last day due to a fast connection via Metro to the Barajas airport). The neighborhood itself is lively and friendly, but very quiet at night (so you can easily relax after a long day of walking around Madrid). The apartment had all the necessary amenities, including a large wardrobe, a spacious bathroom and washing machine (which we did not use, but great to have when travelling with kids or for extended stays). The communication with Limehome was swift and punctual. The check in process is a bit long and complicated (you have to take a selfie, upload your personal ID etc.), but we actually appreciated the added security we felt from such precautions being taken by the host.

The bed in the master bedroom was creaky on every small move we made, but we were so exhausted from walking all day long in the +38C heat that we did not mind that at all. The kids didn't even mind there were zero non-Spanish programs (aside from Netflix, if you are a subscriber), they enjoyed the Spanish Disney program and learned the language fast, so we could call this a learning opportunity.

Location was great.

Would have liked a washing machine for clothes. Digital check in was a real problem. We did not get confirmation that we did register.

The only thing I liked about the home is it's location very near to all tourist places and metro station

The air conditioning was not working at all it seems like they set a temperature even u set the lowest temperature th AC was not working suffered in heat with the kid!! The cleanliness services were offered just once in two weeks which is very less... Besides there were no sufficient materials to clean if you want

Great location, in the heart of the action but still quiet for a good nights sleep.
