The old wash house

Amazing price, easy check in, very friendly host, and great amenities. By far this is the cleanest accomodation i have ever stayed in Loved that the host messages you to ensure you have read the description and understand the quirky shower/toilet set up - yes this isnt suitable for everyone and i totally see why, but it does exactly what you need it to do and for most people its totally fine! I would 100% reccomend this place, and would absolutely love to stay again in the future!

Location couldn’t be better. Very good setting, pleasant to be able to sit out in the sun. Good clean space with nice bedding and towels. Great info on eateries in the area.

The size of the property was so much smaller than it looks in the pictures the bed was so uncomfortable my partner woke up in pain with her back the shower was over the toilet so you had to sit on the toilet to have a shower you couldn't watch anything on the TV, because you could only get 4 channels it said Netflix was included but you needed to sign in and I don't have an account. The towels were like cardboard and rough as sandpaper. The Wi-Fi barely worked so I had no phone signal had to walk up the road to get signal. we went to Port a drink into the glasses that were supplied. I need to notice that they were filthy. I don't know when I was last cleaned.

We loved the location and all the little touches in the accommodation. Toiletries and tea and coffee were provided, plus lots of little extras that you don't get in hotels. An absolute bargain for the price! Yes, it's small, but the garden is huge and enclosed for dogs, plus a seating area to relax in the evenings. Lovely walks right on the doorstep and a bar in a mill five minutes away. Will definitely return.
