Everything was great but they made us wait till 5 even though we had explained that we were on a very early flight. It was unnecessary as we saw the cleaners leave.

It was a lovely apartment. Bit of a bad smell from the drains though

"Cold, Poor Communication, and Misleading Amenities"

The apartment was cold on arrival, and the main heating system wasn’t working. There was one small heater, but it couldn’t warm the whole place. The next day, the property offered an extra blanket and another heater — a solution we didn’t accept, as it wasn’t practical to stay warm all day or walk around with a blanket. Most importantly, they never informed us about the issue beforehand, nor did they offer a technician or proper fix. Also, breakfast and a coffee maker were listed but not available. Overall, very disappointing experience.
