ORM - Almada Balcony Apartment

The location is great, everything is reachable on foot within 10-15 Minutes. There are lot of bars and restaurants in the area and on the street where the flat is. The metro station and the bus station which would take you to the beach up north is also within walking distance. The balcony facing the backyard is really cute and silent and there is coworking place right next door where you can get coffee and something small to eat.

The bathroom area is in the middle of the constructed of wooden walls which are not attached to the ceiling. It is closed on the top, but it wiggles when someone walks in the room. They are not sound proof either.

Cozy, quiet apartment with very good location.

It's a very nice comfortable apartment, good location with manu restaurants close by.

Amazing location for a great price - beautiful apartment

Good location, freshly renovated building and the apartment was relatively new. The ac above the bed is working properly but we barely used it. The room was clean and bed was comfy. All appliances are present and parking on the street is possible (although a bit of a hassle)

The bathroom is fine but shower is too small, with a low water pressure that does not fit such a shower. There was no soap or shelf in the shower itself and the bathroom could use some hooks. You could hear the upstairs appartement very well. The closet space is very limited as are the outlets in the bedroom. Oh, and everything is just one space With a bathroom unit in the middle.

The location near the city centre makes the property easily reachable , there are some good brunch places nearby, the property is itself situated in a beautifully renovated old building - the thick walls make sure it doesn't get too hot inside! The property is perfect for a couple of, it is equipped with a comfortable double bed , bathroom with toiletries, a kitchenette with a kettle and an oven, a comfortable sofa with flat TV , kitchen table and a small but very charming terrace. The staff is last but not least very friendly and helpful!!!

The only negative thing was that the sink in the bathroom - its design made it uncomfortable while washing face or teeth, and there were no hooks
