ORM - Almada Balcony Apartment

Lovely modern apartment, well located, ideal for a solo traveller or couple. Would happily stay again.

While there was an AC unit in the bedroom, it didn't seem to do a great job at cooling down the room.

Well designed, excellent location and fairly priced. The space is well designed with all the comforts you may need and it's a very short 5mins walk from Trindade Metro station.

There was an ironing board but the iron was missing, a wall shelf was broken which was not an issue but a review from two months ago did mention the same thing. One of the times we flushed the toilet the water from the flush came out opaque brown, this did not happen again. We however believe that to be due to ground works in the area.

The apartment first impression was amazing. Very clean and an amazing use of space. The facilities were good it had everything we needed for our stay. The location was excellent very close to the historical centre of the city, with amenities close by. The balcony was beautiful and a perfect addition to the room. The apartment had a good amount of plug sockets so we were able to charge all our devices without issue. Our host, Claudia, that greeted us was fantastic, she took the time to show us where everything was and how everything worked. She even gave us a map and walked us through the must-see locations in the city. This really made our stay feel special, thankyou so much.

The only issue we had was the pressure in the bathroom tap was not adequate, and a shelf in the living room was broken. Other than that the apartment was amazing.
