Good roof terrace

Incredibly loud surroundings, and windows that are not properly sealed, meaning that the room itself was unbelievably loud, and let mosquitoes into the room. Very poor value for money

Pool area was nice. It was farther away from museums than we would have liked but there were tour busses available to purchase nearby.

Rhe name Kukun Reforma was not on the facility and we didn't know that we were dropped off at the right place. It was past midnight and there was poor communications about location name rather than company letting the property . The front desk staff had difficulty communicationg in English. We "felt" they weren't trying their best to understand and help us. They were less a concierge and more security.

En El Depto en primero se escutcha todo abajo y arriva muy mala protection acústica No hay TV en la recámaras y no nos parece el echo que no haya lámpara de buró en cada habitación y muy poca vajilla ni un bol para ensalada y por último . es que nos tocó Depto en frente esquina bucareli con Donato y hay demasiado ruido ! Más ganchos sería bien también Esos si nos gustó mucho la terrassa y l’alberca Y la proximidad de reforma Sin más gracias
