The hotel is very centric and easy to access by public transport. Also the rooftop terrasse (when open) offers very nice views of the city. Patricia from the hotel staff, although not able to improve the situation, was very friendly.

Here is a list of points to mention during our stay in the hotel: Disclaimer: We had two bookings, one for the 29th to the 3rd of November 2025, the other booking 3rd-4th. Two months before arriving, we decided to extend the stay due to flight options. This review is for both stays. First: Their IT system hacked one week before arriving and our personal data was leaked. We were contacted via WhatsApp by the hackers (pretending to be hotel staff) to provide further details of our stay. The hotel informed us a couple of days later but no compensation or further info. Room 1:Deluxe studio apartment with queen bed - The room is VERY loud and noisy. It is at a busy street and has single layer windows, which does not isolate. We could hear the honking of the cars, people talking, the garbage truck in front of the apartment 5:30am to 7am. I am from Madrid, I know what a busy street is and why insulation is required. We talked with the staff, and the solution they gave us is earplugs, which is surprising for a 4 star hotel. - The hallway is noisy, since there no proper sound insulation around entrance door, and you could hear all the guests. - The water pressure was very low during the complete stay. They sent a message the 3rd day that they had a problem with the water pressure, but no status/solution/remuneration/measurements were informed afterwards. - There is a gap between window blinds so people on street can see inside the room into the bed and bathroom entrance. - Just one single entrance card, despite reply to review on Google that two will be given. - The kitchen cabinet door was broken, the shower soap dispenser holder broken, the coffee press broken. They offered to repair after complaining 2 times. - Uncomfortable plastic sheet around mattress. - WIFI router of room not working. Room 2: Superior Apartment 1 room - Located on top of a fitness studio, with classes starting at 6:00. - Window not closing - Dirty (+ dirty toilet water)

L'hôtel est bien placé

L'hôtel est extrêmement bruyant (route et bars). L'hôtel est annoncé avec une bagagerie qui n'existe pas. Et aucune solution viable n'est trouvée malgré la présence d'une femme enceinte. Pire encore on nous annonce que nous pourrons laisser nos valises pour le checkout, ce qui était un mensonge. Check in en retard de 3 heures.
