Helemaal GEEN all-in! Drank was niet inbegrepen, geen tussendoortjes, middagmaal ook pas na lang aandringen gekregen, ... Echt niet ok dat dit als all in verkocht wordt

They are scammer. They cancel our reservation the same morning we arrived (at 5:00 am) lying to us accordingly with a fake tourist office.

The breakfast was good.

The building is old. The luxury suite they gave was bad. There was not a single ounce of sunlight. The room was 0% matching to what shown on photo. The bad was also not upto the mark The restaurant food was also not good. I paid 7k per day but not worth it at all.

Almost nothing in this hotel pleased me. I chose this hotel for being close to my workplace. Booked it for 5 nights. They kindly changed my room after eaxh night stay. Giving me better and better room they had. However, I could not stand it anymore, and checked out and went to another hotel after three nights, even knowing that I would loose my money for remaining two nights.

Most of those they mention as hotel facilities do not exist. The first two rooms were very small. Only hand luke warm water, no hot water. My phone connected to their wifi, but, my laptop didn't, and they coukd not fix it. I had to buy and use my oen phone's roaming data. But that wasn't great eithet, eith poor reception. For my work meetings I had to go and sit on the stairs to roof top! Second room was so smelly, I had to woke up and cover the manhole with plastics, so I could stay till morning. All furniture very old. No outdoor area at all. No ATM inside,....
