Empire Suites - Luxury Collection Hotel

Location was central. Breakfast was AMAZING

Room ventilation was horrible Air quality in the area was bad and made worse in the hotel due tompoor ventilation. Staff didn’t or couldn’t honor my request of a roomwith an opening outside. I told them that I was willing to pay more. Had a poor night’s sleep

Personnel à l'écoute et très agréable. Petit déjeuner et dîner excellent et copieux. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Chambre calme mais surface plus petite que celle indiquée. L'eau chaude était à peine plus que tiède. Quartier central mais extrêmement populeux.

1. The room is completely different than shown in the webpage. 2. Very tiny room, no ventilation, poor cleanliness, bugs found in the bed 3. Employees insist for 10 out of 10 feedback at the front desk despite pathetic room situation. 4. It is located in the place where too much dust all the time.

The room, location and staff were very good. It was Value for Money.

Für mich als Europäer war das Frühstück ein Kompromiss. Aber es war ok. Das Personal war freundlich, hilfsbereit, lösungsorientiert und sprach sehr gut englisch. Den Taxservice kann ich sehr empfehlen. Zwar 2 Dollar Mehrkosten gegenüber normalen Taxi, aber 100% zuverlässig und sauber. Die Bettbezüge waren sehr angenehm.

Die Kaffeemaschine könnte etwas schnellers sein

Location is superb, 10 min walk from New Delhi station, the staff are really good people, very helpful and the food in the restaurant is really good quality had no issues after eating any of it.

The bedding wasn’t clean, the sheets were very clammy and the quilt and mattress were covered in stains. Lots of maintenance issues in the room, not sure whether they do better rooms but my room didn’t meet what the pictures displayed. Also had booked for the Gym which was unusable as building work was going on in the basement.

お湯が不安定にお水が非常に小さい為、シャワーはすごく苦労しました。毎日戻ったらまず蛇口を20分程開けて熱いお湯を出さないといけません。そのあと冷たいお水が出たらシャワーに入れますが、それでもまた急にすごく熱くなったりして、結局はバケツにお水を溜めてシャワーをしていました。また、お湯が全く出ない日もありました。もちろん髪は洗えません。あと、洗面台のシンクも詰まりやすくてスタッフを呼んだりしました。その他お部屋にはアリや他の虫がいました。ハエが飛んでいた日もありました。
