Day 02 reception service was good. A young man provided a good service.

The day i checked in on 28th night, i was provided with an inferior room which actually should had been for 3 people. They offered me an extra bed on the floor, which i felt was beyond disrespect. The man at the reception was nothing less than a racist with whom i had to argue to get the right room that i booked for our stay. Shower was bad, bathroom items weren't refilled even on the second day. It isn't something that the checkin experience was bad that turned everything sour. It's a decent hotel with a good margin for improvement but it's just the management is amateur.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location couldn’t be better—right in the city center, making it incredibly easy to explore nearby shops, restaurants, and local attractions on foot. Despite being in such a lively area, the hotel itself was calm and comfortable. The room was spotless and well-designed, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay ,we stayed in other options nearby too but amenities at empire suites were exceptional .The bed was especially comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches like quality toiletries and a great coffee setup. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with recommendations or directions. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and I genuinely felt welcomed throughout my stay. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and excellent service in the city center.

Hôtel bien placé, propre (chambres et parties communes), personnel accueillant et disponible. Service de restauration adapté, transfert aeroport au top. On a passé un très bon séjour en famille !
