The view, but that is all. The rest of our stay was disappointing

The host, i did not like the host's attitude or very poor responsiveness. When i asked for check in details, they kept saying wait, will send soon. I asked 4 times for this. The pictures show a pool and gym. These are inacessible from where we stayed. There are 4 blocks we were in A. I asked the host how to access, they replied very sarcastically; " as mentioned, these facilities are closed on Sunday". MENTIONED WHERE????. They never responded again the next day to provide instructions on how to access. No tea bags, coffee and only half of one toilet roll. For 3 nights? Besides all of this it is a big soleless builiding, no facilities, no shop, no bar, no cafe no onsite staff to help. The beds are very short, do not stay here if you are taller than 180cms. Find somewhere else to stay
