AC is two window units. They couldn’t really keep up with 90 degree weather in the loft bed.

Cute, clean, and everything you need to enjoy some time in Capitol Hill. Walkable: I walked to restaurants, the theatre, Volunteer Park, bookstores, art shops, etc.
Tricky to find the alleyway that you have to drive down to find the parking, but once you find it, you're all good. The parking is narrow but I managed to park an SUV there.
