The property is decent, but it needs major renovation!

Washroom are unacceptably low standard, our washroom tap was broken, super inconvenient, unprofessional of the hotel staff. Service is too slow - they miss out on basic stuff like keeping enough towels, checking things are working in room, wifi access is also a bit weird - they give out some tokens.

An exceptional stay from start to finish. The service was flawless, the room was beautifully maintained, and every detail felt thoughtfully curated. Staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help.

We had a one-day stay with breakfast. Our stay was very pleasant and the food was very good. Our stay was more pleasant and wonderful. Assisted with food and services that made our daughter more comfortable in the restaurant area. We would love to come back for the stay and relive these good memories. Thanks for showing us such warm hospitality and leisure.

The property is very spacious and green. Good service. Value for money. Food is great.

Understaffed. Won’t call it a truly luxury hotel despite the large area it is situated in. Breakfast spread is not what I would call lavish. No EV charging point.

My stay at Jal Mahal Resort Mysore was relaxing and refreshing. The property is surrounded by beautiful greenery and hills, making it a perfect weekend getaway from the city. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained. The staff was courteous and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The food was delicious with good variety, and the overall atmosphere was calm and luxurious. Highly recommended for a peaceful break with family or friends.

Very anaemic breakfast. They didn't even have ice in the evening. Rooms need pest control! AC worked great; staff were helpful. Bathrooms can be refurbished.

We had a truly wonderful stay. Everything from the ambiance to the service was excellent. The breakfast spread was delicious with plenty of options, and we really enjoyed starting our day with such great food. We would also like to appreciate all the staff members, who were very helpful and courteous throughout our time there. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we look forward to visiting again.
