It was a wonderful stay with a lovely host. It was perfect.

Welcoming host. Great breakfast. Lovely refurbished bedroom and bathroom.

Lynne and four-legged sweet Clara gave me a very warm and hearty welcome to her stunning house in midst of the beautiful mountain chains of the Wharfedale, and right at the Dales Way, the perfect base for hikes or just for relaxation, for example in the beautiful guest living room with an warming fireplace! Bed was comfy, breakfast was delicious and Lynne even gave me a lift to the Blue Bell Inn in Kettlewell, because the nearby pub Buck Inn was closed and she drove me back again after dinner. I would highly recommend it to stay there, it was a lovely experience.

That I only stayed one night

Warm, welcoming, comfortable and clean. Lynne (and Clara) make this a real home-from-home. After walking in all weathers, to come back to a roaring fire and a lovely guest lounge is just the ticket. The breakfasts are amazing. Lynne is a lovely, friendly host and the whole set-up just feels nice and comfortable. Room and ensuite were immaculate and modern. The house is warm and there is a great little room for drying off your boots and kit. A perfect stop for us.

The breakfast was excellent and the packed lunch we ordered was delicious. A most welcoming host who even drove us to the local pub, The George, a superb recommendation.

Spotlessly clean, modern feel whilst still keeping the original character of the building, spacious, warm and welcoming. Lynne was fantastic, couldn’t do enough to help, and Clara the dog was lovely.

The most practical and welcoming host ever. We arrived in a storm dripping wet, Lynne had boot dryers, towels, hot fire! Plus lovely big bathrooms, comfy beds and generous breakfast.

Lynn war unglaublich herzlich! Die Dusche ist großartig, das Frühstück hausgemacht.

Lynn hat zwei süße Hunde, wenn man damit ein Problem hat ist es vielleicht nicht perfekt. Mir hat es aber nichts ausgemacht.
