Instructions were clear and the property was easy to locate. It was also in a very good location close to the city centre. The property itself is nice, it was clean and comfortable with all the amenities you could need.

I think the property was a little basic for the price we paid, but I think this is a reflection of how expensive York is and not a problem on the part of the hosts. I didn't realise that the parking actually had to be purchased until we arrived, there is an option for free parking a short walk away from the property, but these spaces were not always available. I think this could have been slightly clearer prior to booking.

Spacious flat and well located

Great location, about 10 minutes walk to York city centre, parking permit was worth the £10 per day highly recommended getting one,really clean and tidy

Lock to the door of the apartment was difficult to lock when leaving, but having the outside main door made it more secure.

Lovely space and the host sorted out parking for me. Great facilities and was very comfortable when I was in the property. Lots to do in the town!

Extractor fan was not very good. The radiator was too hot overnight and couldn't work out how to use it properly but better than being cold! I just switched it off.

Location and facilities for the price. Comfy rug
