"It was a terrible experience, terrible customer service!"

The property is okay, but the service is terrible! They called me in a few minutes to say that their rooms were fully booked, but I had already paid for them!

I don't like the services; they don't have good customer service! When we arrived at the condo, our room was dirty, so we called them to clean it. They did it! We checked out early, and they told us to cash our deposit, but they didn't do it until now! They don't reply to our text messages or calls! It was a terrible experience!
