Location was OK.

Generally a slightly tired and tatty accommodation. Did not meet the expectations from the pictures. Beds were uncomfortable. China and kitchen implements poor and mismatched. Some windows wouldn't open. Just minor things that made it seem a bit unloved and uncared for - eg no bins in bedrooms, no decent clothes hangers (childrens aged 8-10 only in main front bedroom). Extractor fan in upstairs shower not working; sink in main bathroom not fitted properly, no grill pan in kitchen.

Convenient check-in and check-out. Responsive host. Affordable prices. Nice spacious living room and kitchen with good heating.

Smell of cannabis smoke on entering, large property meant that heating was inefficient and the bedrooms were cold as radiators were not working well.
