Monarchs Quay Arena Apartments by Happy Days

the location was fantastic - if you are attending the arena or exhibition centre it couldn't be better

These properties state a fully equipped kitchen. Not sure what they consider a fully equipped kitchen to be but I believe this should include some ability to wash pots (dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, a plug for the sink, a teatowel etc) also a chopping board tends to be useful and some oven gloves - none of these were availble in these apartments (we had 3 apartments). When I contacted the owners to request them I was told they would provide tomorrow and ask the cleaner - this simply did not happen. If you want to cook in at all then don't bother. The overall cleanliness of these apartments was also poor - its really not nice to find a used condom between the bed and bedside cabinet 🤮

The property is an excellent location to explore Liverpool

Offering washing up liquid, cleaning cloth and a tea towel would be a great idea. I had to go out and buy these.

The location was perfect

The blinds were broken in the living area on arrival but I reported and was not taken off the security deposit.

Didn’t like nothing about the stay they kicked me out for saying the music was abit loud didn’t give me not even a chance just told us to leave and I said I be on the street and he said not my problem I would want anyone to stay here the where people in the world

I didn’t like nothing I was even their an hour and use told us to go I think it was cause we was young couple spend 450 for 1 night and weren’t even their 1 hour an they said I won’t get me despot back like I didn’t do nothing and they have no proof to prove nothing and their telling me to get hold of my bank

The location was good and the apartment is spacious. There are 2 bathrooms, one ensuite, and a bigger one. The bed sheets were clean. The welcome pack for washing up in the kitchen. Massive space in fridge-freezer.

The blinds were broken and didnt work properly. The temperature of the water in the showers would drop to freezing in an instant. The chairs and sofa need a deep clean as there were old spill stains on them, and a ketchup stain on the wall. Overall the cleaning could be better, as some areas were dusty. And the lift has to be the slowest in the world.

Internal Bedroom location so no window. Fan was provided but no fresh air or natural light

2nd room no window. very dirty. toilet blocked. vinyl floor coming up. stain on bedding. blinds didn’t work. management said they would come and fix but didn’t.
