No much to be honest

Lidlft was broken for nearly 24hrs , people were having to carry wheelchairs etc down more than 4 flights of stairs . Cleaning wasnt really up to standard . Unfortunately and 100% my fault , I left our firestick in the room contacted them to be told twice it wasnt there but then miraculously found it , asked if we paid could it be sent back to us , yes that could happen for a cost of ยฃ25 which im sorry is absolutely extortionate , my husband agreed to pay for it to be returned it arrived in a normal a4 envelope and had been broken in transit but the most shocking thing was the postage on the envelope was actually ยฃ10.95 , wouldn't stay again which is a shame as its in a great location. But there are lots of other places to stay in the vicinity

"Horrible, inhumane treatment,felt like I was overcharged and didnโ€™t receive value for the services rendered.Also, staff"

I lodged in this property last year,however I had a very horrible experience staying here this year Arrived here on Sunday night,slept in our rooms with the heating not working,it was really cold that we barely slept. Escalated to the team on Monday 19th May,2026, the apartment was changed to another one However,the newly allocated apartment had no hot water to shower with,we had to take cold water(freezing point)to bath,my housemate couldnโ€™t,she attended the program that brought us to Liverpool without having a shower on Tuesday,I had to bath with same cold water,same repeated Wednesday despite escalating to the management team.They reassured us that the hot water issue will be resolved first thing Wednesday morning but this never happened as they sent a workman to the apartment around 1540 on Wednesday despite occupants lamenting how frustrating this situation was for them, team were unbothered and kept apologising without taking any actions in resolving the issue. We later noticed that the water in the whole apartment stopped running after the workman attended to fix the initial hot water complaint.However,we escalated this new concern to the team immediately it was noticed,despite reporting that toilet was used and wasnโ€™t flushed due to water in the WC tank and nothing was done about it. Overall,it was a very horrible experience as I didnโ€™t get value for the services I paid for and will like management to review my bill cos I felt like I was literally sleeping on the street.
