Monarchs Quay Arena Apartments by Happy Days

Clean, spacious, quiet and a fantastic location.

Location was great

When I arrived, no one answered the phone for around 30mins, naturally, I’m unable to gain entry until they do. When they finally answered the first thing that was said to me was about the security deposit - absolutely nothing else, straight to the point, no real service approach. Damage within the property. Living room blinds were broken (found one rolled up behind the single chair), both fans were broken. Living room chair and beds were uncomfortable,boarding on broken.

Gaining access and finding the location wasnt easy bit like a cryptic maze. The bed had a metal frame which we kept hurting ourselves on getting in and out and obviously when getting intimate! Very painful. Views outside resembled prison.

Great two bedroom apartment , 2 bathrooms. Lots of space and storage. Had everything we needed. Great location right next to the arena
