Lots of hot water brilliant showers.

Didn’t get message about check in so we had to keep chasing them. Wi-Fi code didnt work. Sofa bed so uncomfortable One very thin pillow each Hardly any cutlery and dirty cups in cupboard

Excellent property in an excellent location. We were at a concert next door and it was perfectly placed. Clean, great facilities. Loved the stay once in the property.

The property itself was excellent but the process of getting arrival information was really challenging. Even at the point of arrival I still hadn’t received any information on the property and was asked for proof over the phone that I had paid my deposit. A really odd scenario and frustrating check in process that was becoming quite stressful with my elderly father with me.

Dirty beds. Hairs in them and bits all over the floor.

Stinking dirty and no mention of extra deposit which hasn’t been returned. We booked two nights but just left
