"Excellent"

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable.

They charged me $50 for my small dog. Even though I replied as asked to let them know I had a pet. This pet fee was almost as much as the room.

Astoria front desk staff was nowhere to be found at check-in. Waited 20 minutes before deciding to go elsewhere. I messaged them through the Booking app with no response.

Nice big clean room. Lots of room to move around in.

I call the hotel itself and explained it was a work stay to plow interstate. I no not live in the city I work out of so I need to spend the night to be plowing by 4 in the AM. The desk man said price was $120 for the night. I got on booking.com and they had the same room for $80 for the night. I would have rather just dealt with you at the hotel instead of a website
