Breakfast didn’t look appealing

Hallways and entryways were dirty. Glass doors were dirty

Lots of maintenance issues

Room was clean but practically had to beg for maid service.

Bar staff was a disaster!! Seemed very confused and could not remember if he had taken orders or not. Only 6 people in the bar at the time. He also had his fingers holding the burger on my spouses plate - no gloves used while serving food or drinks. Such a disaster!!!

Good location. Comfortable beds.

The room was dark, even with lights on. The breakfast was subpar. The waffle maker was filthy, the yogurt machine gave out what looked like milk, and the sausage didn’t look cooked all the way.

The room smelled musty. Half the lights in the room did not work. Kids exiting the pool traipsed water over the floor, causing a slipperiness that caused me to slip, but luckily not fall. The dog fee of $50/night/dog was over the top. I could not go elsewhere because I purchased via booking.com and would have still had to pay the hotel fee.

Staff was friendly, room was spacious. Parking was nice.

The vending machines and ice machine didn't work properly. Was dirty in many places. Soap was empty in room when we got there. Sheets had stains. Things around bathroom were sticky and uncleanly.
