Astoria Hotel & Event Center

Location was nice. The hotel lobby and the rooms were nice, very clean.

In my parents room the heat wasn't working and the light above the bed was blinking on and off. The front desk man (Tim) looked at the heat and when he couldn't get it to work, did move my parents to a new room. The jets in the hot tub were not working correctly and the pool area appears kind of run down.

Location was good and price was reasonable.

We had to move rooms due to a very loud ac unit, The hot tub jets didn’t work in the pool area, and the breakfast was minimal. Orange juice was also not working.

Like the size of the room. Bed was comfortable.

I wasn't given the room I reserved. I was told I couldn't have it. The room I was given was dirty. I had to vacuum it myself and dust the surfaces. The clerk was less than helpful. Doubt if I will stay there again.

Friendly staff. Great location.

It could use a good cleaning. There was litter in the outdoors landscaping and near the pool the carpet was not vacuumed.

The flushing chain in the toilet tank didn’t release when flushing. We had to release the chain on each flush. The lamp in the desk area is damages. No hook on the bathroom back door to hang items. A hole in the bathroom wall. I recommend several maintenance issues, too many to be listed. Have some pride in your property!!!
