Ellerthwaite Place X3 Bed House with Hot Tub in Central Windermere - Ridgestone

Property was situated close to busstop and close to restaurants making it walkable with kids. Comfy house and well furnished we enjoyed our stay very much.

Fabulous location and very comfortable beds

It was a little tired downstairs, the outside bins were overflowing and the kitchen floor was sticky

位置很好，步行就可到小镇上，超市5分钟，餐厅5分钟。周围街区也感觉很安全。房间内部是非常典型的英国住宅布局。可以住6人。可洗澡的卫生间一个，楼下还有一个不能洗澡的卫生间。厨房里的设备都很齐全，做个早饭没问题。

如果能有洗衣机烘干机就完美了（是不是可以加在后院？）

The location was excellent and close to centre of the town to buy groceries if self catering or eat out. It is also close to Bowness and you can walk should you want to (max 30 min) or by car (5min) where you can enjoy the lake,catch a ferry and a steam train should you want to. The facility has parking (own private parking at the back) which is a super plus plus if travelling by car! The property it self is well catered for families and kids could watch TV in their own room! We enjoyed our stay a lot and would return again should we ever be in the UK again in the future.

The building outside needs a bit of updating but it's functional, also the kitchen equipment like pots and pans need some replacement as it is a bit " used" already same with the stove. It wouldn't be an issue if not self catering but we did however wanted a home cooked meal one of the evenings we stayed there and this could have been a bit better. Other than that it was perfect for us.

Loved the hot tub and garden area. Bedrooms were lovely too! Excellent location - few minute walk from town with lovely bars and restaurants

The only thing I’d say is - the garden is open with no fence, so for my dog we couldn’t let him out because he would run off but apart from that no complaints.

Ease of check in, great communication from host. Excellent location within walking distance from Windermere. Hottub was a great treat after hours of walking

House was clean, comfortable and location was brilliant. Great house and would stay again

A very minor point ... some milk on arrival would be nice especially as there is tea and coffee provided.

Found the black & pink mould in shower a bit off putting. As was the clean but very smelly tea towel
