A modern 2 bedroom seaside apartment

Very clean, everything we needed was there, amazing location close to everything, Tesco store opposite the place, Wetherspoon down the road, High Street and seafront a few minutes walk. Multi-store carpark on the opposite road £11 for 24h which is a very good price. Definitely will stay again. Communication very easy and all necessary information was provided with clear instructions.

Main road can be quite noisy until late hours, but not very disturbing.

Location

The location was great for what we needed, very close to shops/cafes and the seafront.

The main disappointment for the accommodation was that it was listed with a parking garage, which was one of the reasons we booked it as we drove to Hastings. As we got close we asked for information on the parking garage and the owner told us there wasn't one but that we could pay to park in town. I can see it's now been changed but we had to pay additionally to park for the weekend which we hadn't planned for, and then had to run in the rain to unload our bags. Also, the mattresses and pillows are super uncomfortable, one of the mattresses had definitely lost it's springs and all three of us found the pillows unusable. Also there were quite a few small black flies in the living spaces.

Great location and easy to find and access and good value for the Money

Mattress In 1 bedroom was very poor as. Springs had gone on one side.. And you felt like you were falling out of the bed.... Needs changing

Appartement proche du Pier et du bord de mer à Hastings. Surface correcte pour 4 personnes. Chambres dans une zone calme.

L’un des deux lits est affaissé ce qui rend impossible le couchage pour 4 personnes dans cet appartement. Le séjour est très perméable aux bruits de la rue.

The apartment was close to the train station and main shopping area, location wise was okay. Inside of the apartment was well decorated

2 entry’s into the flat and the door not in use the door doesn’t seem secure can see that it doesn’t close flush. The entry into the flat is dirty with fag ends outside and in the shared corridor. Beds not comfy, states sleeps 6 however there is limited pillows and bedding no extra duvet for sofa bed as well as plates and glasses. Washing machine was left with old water In smelt very bad. No parking. Outside area isn’t okay between homeless people and people on drugs it is very unsafe and run down, I didn’t feel safe with my children in this apartment, fire alarms going off at gone half 10 at night! People smoking weed outside front door and noise into the early hours of the morning
