A modern 2 bedroom seaside apartment

Nice flat close to the sea. Supermarket in front of the flat. Good équipement and confort I had the chance to park my sidecar just beside the appartement in front of a hotel entrance, therefore very safely (only for motorbikes and side cars)

Heating system in the bedroom is a bit noise. The street outside is a bit dirty the environnement can be strange for childs ;-)

Beds were lovely, lots of tea and coffee for us to drink and everything was clean and smelt nice! TV was great too! Nice location right between the train station and the beach

Very clean apartment

Was a very nice stay,

I booked this property for the night with my husband and little boy as I was working in Hastings. Unfortunately we didn't stay here. The area was not as we expected. We walked in to the building that was a little bit worn-out and neglected and there was loud shouting coming from the flat above. There was a pile of cigarette ends out side the main door with people hanging around on the steps and on next doors steps. My little boy was very upset so we had to find somewhere else to stay

Heating and hot water not working No hairdryer Tv remote broken so couldn’t watch tv Rough area with homeless people outside the front door all night being loud Fire alarm went off both nights in the middle of night No lamps in bedrooms Cheap and uncomfortable bedding and mattresses

from the out side we thought have we done the right thing but once in side all our fears disappear it was superb every thing was lovely. right in the middle of town short walk to shops beach a lovely stroll to the old town wear the shops are one off independent stores theatre nine minutes towards st lenords lots of places to eat we have stayed in hastings before but thi was the best location parking was really cheap and was locked between 23.00 and 06.00 so car was safe will stay at this location when we return to hastings

on main bus route a little nosey but ok as bed room at the rear
