It was very spacious and has everything required

The tv was broken however the agent replaced it even though it was Christmas. The heating system was switched off and the entire flat was freezing cold it took quite some time to warm and in the night was very chilly. The internet does not work. There was not spare bedding for the sofa bed. The main door to the property does not lock. The fire alarm system beeped all night however when reported to the agent I was reassured that it is not a fault or risk and that although it is annoying it’s safe.

"We all had a lovely weekend. The flat was very clean and near to all the shops."

Had everything we needed

Few marks on the bedding. Noise from the street outside was loud in the lounge, however wasn’t a problem in the rear bedroom. Also fire alarm system has a fault in zone 3 basement flat that made the panel buzz recommend further investigation of that

"Noisy."

The new painted walls throughout. Excellent shower pressure. Lovely taps in kitchen and bathroom. Nice condiments left in kitchen.

Extremely noisy in the lounge due to flat on a main road. And door not insulated; except with cardboard. Not a very pleasant communal hallway/entrance. Boiler in bedroom leaked in nearest bedroom from the early hours so not much sleep. Mattress in furthest bedroom - big dip in it. All skirting boards needed cleaning. Windows in nearest bedroom needed cleaning. Rug stained in bedroom. Dirty sheet in one bedroom.

Great location although very loud road - bedrooms at the back which works well. Whole apartment is spacious and modern with everything we needed. Shower was fantastic

Loud main road and bedrooms let in a lot of light so ok if you’re an early bird! Some small things in the bathroom that have already been mentioned
