Best location--near Chinatown, Lombard Street, Pier 39. Trader Joe's a short walk away; several restaurants within walking distance too. Room size is just right.

Can get quite noisy outside. Bed linen did not smell that good.

Inwas there for a week and no cleaning was done I had enough towels for one nite , cud barely move in the room , I don’t think the guests should be responsible for taking out trash in a hotel

Super tiny room and bathroom. Would have never booked it had I known how tiny it was.

Excellent place, very good location ....close to all the local buses which will take you to BART. The apartment was evry clean and the agent Erika was very helpful to make you feel comfortable Initially I felt my studio was small but got used to it. Erika provided extra chair and table Had refrigerator, microwave in my own apartment. No breakfast, but they had a big clean public kitchen where you can prepare your own food and also mingle with the fellow residents. I found it very good.

This is not that I ddnt like, I mentioned to the office manager Erika as a feedback - on weekends the kitchen cleaner does not come and so the trash was filled to brim and the utensils were in dishwasher and no one started the dishwasher. Also kitchen paper towel rack was empty. Since weekend people do most cooking, good to ahve someone clean the kitchne on the weekends

La ubicación es muy buena, muy cerca del centro (Union Square) y con el tranvía justo enfrente. La cocina era espaciosa y muy completa. Las habitaciones eran pequeñas pero estaban bien equipadas.

Bien situado y conectado con el transporte público, la cocina compartida estaba muy bien equipada
