The Dorel SF

I was surprised to see that except us nobody was there exceptin 2or3 person. Hardly to carry on our luggage to 3rd floor being senior citizens and kidney transplant patient. I have called several times on the number provided but nobody picked up. Self check-in was a facility,we have no problem but being foreigners we were completely failed to find out the demography of the area.

Value, clean property, details provided were accurate

Rooms are quite small. No elevator for 3/4th floors which is a pain with luggage

The location is pretty good if you have a car or you're able to walk up and down inclines to the bus stops. It's also good if you don't mind small spaces. There are cute shops nearby like cafes or thrift stores. It is also one block away from trader joe's! The price is the best I found in San Francisco. It was very clean, very comfortable and very convenient. The bed was great, and I loved having a fridge, microwave, and private bathroom.

I called the number provided several different times on different occasions, with no response and no return call. We briefly lost our keys at a reasonable time (~5:30pm on a Friday), and couldn't contact the owner for a replacement, leaving us locked out. Luckily, we were able to find the key again. We only got a response to the request for a new key 1hr later via text message. The stay here was great, but if you have an urgent issue, it might not be resolved very quickly. Also, be aware that there is no elevator, and you might end up on the 3rd or 4th floor. The room is also quite small, but I didn't mind.

Breakfast? I knew nothing about a Breakfast. Did not meet any staff. Room was basic , clean and worked for my needs

Very clean! Great value for money.

Room space. But, that's fair for the room rate.
