"They didn’t let me in the property and the owner said he gave the room to someone else and he will refund my money back"

They didn’t let me in the property and the owner said he gave the room to someone else and he will refund my money back first I called him his number didn’t work then I called him on Watsaap he didn’t pick up but he talked to me on msgs there he said he will refund my money back after the checkout date and today was the check out and he deleted all his msgs and didn’t give me no refund such a scammer. I don’t recommend anyone going there. And booking.com shouldn’t let his post his ads here.
