The hosts are very unorganised & lack professionalism, I requested for an early check in & they agreed but when I got to the place no one was there to assist with the check in, the host wasn’t picking up her phone when she was being called & nor was she responding to messages, her partner was busy saying it’s her off day when she was contacted. I stood at reception for over an hour & when they finally sent someone to help with the check she came and told me the people who deal with guests & check ins are not available which was even more frustrating. When they finally allowed me to check in, they took me yo the wrong room & not the one I had initially booked, it took them another 20 minutes to get me to the correct room because they didn’t even have the key for the room I had booked. The apartment itself is not very impressive, some of the furniture is falling apart & very old, some lights don’t work. Reception people are straight up rude. I stayed there for 5 days & they failed to fix their AC.

Absolutely horrible

Worst place I ever spent money on. Don't recommend it at all.
