The reception we received was quite rude. Parking comes at an extra cost and despite me requesting parking via Booking.com messaging service - no parking was arranged with me. Fortunately I knew some other guests who had reserved an extra parking. The lifts are slow and old. And one was entirely out of order. Our unit had no coffee whatsoever. Much less any milk or creamer. So don't expect making yourself a fresh cuppa in the morning. The aircon is from the 1970s and despite being noisy as hell - it didn't work. Fortunately it wasn't too warm. One window had no curtain so there was bright city lights shining into the room all night. Unless you have business accross the street - I'd suggest you look for a spot somewhere else first. Best part was that we could see part of the mountain from our room on the 9th floor.

I liked everything

Spacious apartment.

What was advertised was not what we found inside the apartment. No frying pan, mainly for breakfast. No ironing board. We used kitchen counter Booked for 4guests, but only 3 kitchen ware from plate, cups, cereal bowls and more. When you open a bedroom curtain… people in offices were staring at us.

The images don't match the reality of the apartment. Joyce was lovely and very welcoming and helpful but the apartment was tired and needs some TLC. The bedroom blinds are broken and bathroom fixtures are loose. The free toiletries consist of a small bottle of pink liquid. There are 3 TVs but none of them work. The downstairs TV is a smart TV with Netflix but only if you have your own account as you have to login with your own account. This, however, didn't work either as it wouldn't connect. The upstairs TVs had no remotes and no connection to anything. The bathroom doors didn't lock and the upstairs one doesn't even close. The cutlery was dirty and very minimal. There was no iron, hairdryer or tea/coffee maker as stipulated. The stain on the downstairs toilet was apparently paint but still looked horrible. The beds were comfortable.
