I was charged a cleaning fee twice for this property even though it was only cleaned once during my stay. The night before I was initially meant to check out I requested to extend from the host. They replied the following day that I could and that I should add another day on booking.com. I agreed to and while I was trying to rebook the host kept calling me and sending me messages that I should move out of the unit then get back after I had extended the check in. This is despite telling them I was in the process of adding an extra day. What they did not explain was they would add a cleaning fee even though no one came to clean until the last day on when I was checking out. On top of that I only checked into the unit an hour late as they didnt have the key in the safe as per their check in instructions. I had to wait for someone to bring the keys.

Spacious space but requires maintenance

Upon arrival, there was a whole lot of dirt in the corner of the place. This was attended to after I called the host. The overall bedding was not very clean and towels had stains on them. The shower continued to clog and I had to shower in ankle high water daily. On the last morning, there was a pipe burst from poorly maintained facilities and we had to vacate the place as it was flooding. I did not shower that morning.

The photos on the Booking.com did not show the facilities we received. Must bet photos of other places. Very confusing!
