Four Loop St

There is no broom , no mop , sugar , place is not clean.. the oven pan was dirty Anyone can enter in our Balcony there is no privacy Our room curtain is small , someone outside can see everything.. when you are on the Balcony you can walk to other rooms balcony The rooms are upstairs , toilet downstairs If you want to go to the toilet in the middle of the night you go downstairs You pay R150 for parking Not impressed at all about the place Its not safe

Kitchen appliances, no mirrors in the, communal balcony (can be partitioned off for privacy).

The location and the apartment was not bad though.

First of all,the attitude of the host and the security at the building.Tjoohhh it sucked(for a lack of a better word) We arrived earlier than check- in time,and asked for security to keep our luggage only.But with their stinking attitude told us they have nothing to do with Joyce's apartments.Upon calling Joyce she yelled on the phone to say there's nothing she can do because people are still cleaning even thou I explained that I send an email to inform them about our earlier arrival. And suddenly after 10-15minutes she came out of the very same building we were told she's not at,and checked us in in one apartment that was clean. The only friendly person was the cleaner(Alice) I feel that Joyce and the Security looked down on us,I don't know for what reasons..maybe it's because we can't speak their language. Even the staff at Seattle Coffee shop were mean,they told us to get out of the way of their shop..because we were 7 ladies stranded with our luggage..I have never experienced such rudeness in my entire travelling life... So ja,I would never recommend four loops to anybody.Because clearly all companies under that roof are rude people... I travel regularly to Cape Town but I don't think I will heal soon from the treatment at Four Loops

Nothing, the place looks nothing like the picture, also doesn't offer everything as per the advertisement.

Everything, about this place was a mess , my self and my family travel frequently and has never stayed in a place like this , and to top it off to get very rude and cold welcome from the host , security and cleaner. It Al started with the security, as we enter the building where she spoke in a disrespectful way to myself n my mom, and as I asked for her name the tension started to change aswell as her attertude , she eventually apologize and say she's tired. I was advice to call the host for check in ...I called Joyce the host I told her I need to check in she told me to wait and drop the phone on me . Few minutes later she called the security and told me I need to come to the 10th floor , going to the 10th floor and meeting the host and cleaner. 1.both of them were under the influence of alcohol as you could smell it . 2. They shouted . 3.very impatient. 4.told me this check in will take long when I asked about parking, as on the advertisement it only say parking on premises but after check in you then got an email about parking 150.00 per night which Joyce want CASH, OR CASHSEND to her private number. 5.the place was dirty I asked the cleaner MASI to clean , she shouted at me where is the place dirty this place is clean, but I kept my calm and repeatly ask her just to clean as the place is dirty I started to clean myself n showed her how dirty my wipe is just of wiping the table. 6.MASI was extremely disrespectful, I thought she will attack me as she was standing chest to chest with me . 7. No refreshments to make tea of coffee . 8. Only 1 clean towel. 9.aircon was not working. 10..cleaning services was asked to be paid separately from booking also in cash. 11. Loose wires going through the shower water, major hazard.
