The Boathouse, Kingsbridge - Romantic detached annexe with parking & estuary walk to great pub

Friendly, helpful hosts, the accommodation had everything we needed and is perfect for couples. The space is very well designed, spotlessly clean, and nicely decorated. We particularly liked our private patio with estuary view, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Whilst the walk into town was a relatively short one it was via a main road, and at times without a footpath, so care should be taken because cars were travelling quite quickly. The off road parking was good but care also needs to be taken getting onto the main road, particularly at busy times.

The lovely hosts had thought of everything. The accommodation was excellent.

What a beautiful place. Spotless clean and finished to an exceptional high standard. We were very impressed and it more than suited our needs. The Hosts have thought of everything you could possibly need.

The only negative is the busy road it’s located on and lack of path for quite a while when walking into Town. Not a problem for us but could be for an older couple.

They have thought of everything one might possibly need. It was beautifully clean and very well maintained. There was absolutely nothing not to like. It was an outstanding property, and we had a lovely stay. We will definitely return.
