The Boathouse, Kingsbridge - Romantic detached annexe with parking & estuary walk to great pub

It is a gorgeous, modern, clean and well equipped place. We loved the decor, and it had all we needed for our short stay visiting family near by. The bed was super comfortable!! Communication was wonderful from the hosts, and they were very supportive with our check-in and check-out. The property has parking right at front and has its own entrance.

It's in a good location for getting into Kingsbridge. Its a pretty well appointed property. It has everything you could need and more. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom and shower was lovely. It was too cold to sit outside but I can imagine it would be lovely with the pretty garden and views. We could not fault anything.

Hosts went above and beyond to make my stay special. Very comfy bed and the view of the estuary and sail boats is lovely from the decking. Pub is 6min walk away and there is parking in front of the property. Kingsbridge town centre is a 5min drive away with grocery shops and local amenities.

I Iiked the attention to detail Fleur & Rob have given to their property - they think about every need a guest could possibly have & then ace it - amazing property Also incredibly clean - i didn’t go looking for dust, cobwebs etc , but the whole place was gleaming … &it felt as if we were the first people to visit

There was nothing i can think off- i think everything had been thought of - perfect. Although my husband said perhaps a dust pan & brush but i think you probably had one & he didn’t look very well 🤪🤩
