Room was not cleaned, cancel.

Security seemed great , thought the key lock system for the room doors is a great idea . Bed was very comfy, only let down was stained bedding . I mean for £40 pound you can’t complain to much . There was a few issues but will explain in next bit .

Load disturbance very early morning (5-6.30am ) tried to talk to the owner about this , this morning but straight to answer phone . This was quite bad as it woke me up and was not very happy as this was my only morning I could get to have a sleep in as I’m normally on night shift . Shower settings complete backwards 🤦‍♂️ took me nearly ten minutes to figure how to get a good temperature for washing . Stained towels aswell .

Lovely and clean. Very comfortable bed and quiet location ideal as I had an interview the next day. Helpful and responsive staff.

Clean

Did not feel like a guest house, no kettle in room or information. Someone opened our room door and did not knock. The owner never replied back when I sent him messages. So we decided to go home because I could not settle. Outside was noisy and not value for money

The bed was comfy

The room was freezing cold even with the heaters were on it was too cold that heater inside wasn’t good enough The shower water never get hot and when it does it for few seconds the towel looks like it has poo on it wasn’t clean such a shame

I love the ambience and cleanliness and how serene the environment is ,easy to locate.

The kitchen has little or no cooking utensils eg pots bowls,cleaning agent .

Very clean. All the facilities I required. Good hot shower. Comfortable bed and quiet room.
