Near where I was working

Bed wasn't made to a good standard and appeared to have been recently slept in. Loud noise in the corridor from other guests. Both complaints made to management who did nothing about it.

"Room clean and warm. Spoilt by a couple of niggles and other residents."

Nice room. Good shower. Clean.

Couldn’t shut window. Blind didn’t block out light. View awful. Really noisy . The other residents were loud and came in very late.
